  I was at the Tim Hortons on Ontario Street today and was so stunned.
  I go into this location at least 3 times daily because I'm addicted
  to coffee and it's really close to my home. I got my beverage and
  went and sat down with my four kids and while they talked I was on my lap top
  looking for rentals and calling to schedule appointments. I was on the phone
  and the level of noise from the staff was so loud after saying pardon for the fifth time the man I was speaking to hung up on me.
  The staff were extremely loud and seemed to be laughing because of the loud swearing that came from the back room. I got up to go the
  washroom and said I just wanted to have a quiet coffee when one of the guy at the drive thru with the short hair said loudly
  enough too hear "then go to star bucks" When I returned from the washroom I was all ready up set and the fact that they all thought it was
  were still laughing I decided to leave. I went to the counter and asked for the manager or supervisor and the girl said "that's me"
  I then asked her if she thought that this behavior was very professional and her answer was "ok". I told her I was not very happy
  and that I have never been so upset. I said I come in here everyday at least 3 times daily and one through the evening and this was
  the worst experience I've ever had, I asked her if she thought the staff was being very professional and if the loud swearing was going to continue.
  her response was "ok". So now I hand her my full tea and I said to her you have just lost me as a paying customer for life and that includes my four
  adult children and again her reply was "ok" Then as I turned she dumped the full tea and the rest of the staff were giggling in plain view. So
  I turned back around and said " please feel free to keep the toonie for the tea". I will never go into this location again, I will go out of my way
  to go to any other location n the city..
