  Long story short. I had the worst breakfast sandwich of my life here. I wish I didn't throw it away immediately so I could post a photo. This thing was BLACK! I don't know how any employee in the food industry could think that it was acceptable to hand that to somebody to eat.

  Staff try their best but you can overhear management yelling at their staff. I heard one of the managers ask their staff if they were incompetent and needed their hands held? I'm sorry but that is no way to motivate or treat your employees. especially don't let your customers hear that.

  Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. I had just got off work and went through the drive thru and after i had ordered i forgot to order a water. At the window i quickly let the girl know if it was possible to add that to my order. I didn't think it was a big deal because its free anyway, yet she spoke down to me and lectured me as if i was a child and said :" if you could just request that before you place your order, that would be great." And closed the window on me. Not only that, once i finally got my food, i was given a complete different order. Definitely won't be coming back. Would give this 0/5 stars if there was the option.

  Pretty good service. My mother has had a few issues. From waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee and them not offering certain promotions and such that have been advertised on TV.
