  The only positive thing to mention about this place is the fact that the kitchen staff didn't screw up cooking the food. The girl (Vanessa) who took our order was rude as could be and interrupted us relentlessly. The place was disgustingly dirty and the staff couldn't be bothered to salt after a couple inches of snow. I was worried my grandmother would slip and fall. To add insult to injury our mugs weren't even cold had I know I would have asked for ice. I won't be going back to that A&W any time soon.
