  Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. This place is right around the corner from my house. And I've now limited visits to when I only need a single coffee. We have a Saturday morning ritual where we go to Tim Hortons to grab breakfast for the family. Well not once have I returned home and had the order right.
  The straw that broke the camels back and has now sent me to a Tim's further away for Saturday mornings. Was we ordered 3 breakfast combos. One was the farmers breakfast sandwich that comes with a hash brown on it. I returned home to discover we were missing all hash browns. Including the one that was supposed to come on the sandwich. My wifes sausage breakfast sandwich was missing the sausage. So I drive back. I went through the drive thru again and when I got to the window they informed me that it was no longer breakfast and they couldn't do anything to help me. The manager comes to the window to see what the hold up in drive thru was. Listened to my complaint and then handed me 5 dollars back through the window. And sent me on my way.
  This is definitely not representative of any other tim Hortons I have been too. I hope they step it up.

  They will always mess up your order. Run by students. They sell over-baked chocolate chip cookies. They need to slow down the pace and start getting better drinks correct. 4/5 iced coffee's in December 2016 done incorrectly. Come on guys!

  Breakfast wrap leaves a lot to be desired. Should take a few notes from MacDonalds on this one. Not sure what the sauce is but it is terrible and grilling it real dries it out. Won' t be making that mistake again.
