  The manager fired someone I know that worked here over the phone. When asked why, she said the employee's learning disability was getting in the way of the job! Terminating based on disability is against the law! She knew damn well before he was hired that this was a condition.
  When the matter was taken to corporate, it was a different story. Corporate was told (and believes) the employee was terminated based on a "substantial" customer complaint. But they did mention termination over the phone was not protocol.
  Currently a employment standards lawyers are reviewing this case. The family of this individual and the former employee have evidence that there was no major customer complaint against the young man. The terrible manager here is trying to cover up her mistake and the way she handled the situation. YOU Ms. Manager are a pathetic excuse for a human being.
