  I was at the St. Paul St location Saturday June 9/17 about 12:30 am and there was a foreign lady working and I attended with a friend in a wheel chair. Ask about cost of 40 wings and was given price and found price a little costly ($43.00) so I asked how big the wings were and I could see attitude on her face and then she showed me a wing. I asked for a few minutes to decide and if it cost extra for extra sauce on wings. She had attitude for all my questions and was not very happy at all about this. Usually great service at this place but that early morning service was horrific. I have e-mailed the head Pizza Pizza and they returned my e-mail promptly and said they will forward e-mail to appropriate person at St. Paul St. location. My friend in the wheel chair dropped his debit card on the ground and I was so upset I picked it up and said to him lets get out of here. Went to another place for food and food was great and service excellent. Management look back at this date on your video and you will see the lady walk away from us at the counter, so so rude and unprofessional. Paul

  Tonight I ordered the Vegan Cheese Pizza and I learned it wasn't my thing! I'm lactose intolerant but the cheese texture wasn't my thing. I called customer support and they hooked me up with a new pizza! Very good customer service. I felt horrible because it was nothing they did wrong, but they were so polite and quick to get me a new pizza!
  
  May I also say the store staff was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgable!! The customer service was just outstanding! Thank you !!!

  The new dairy free cheeze option is excellent and there are many veggie toppings to choose from. I recommend the Italian seasoning.

  Pizza tastes like rubber and found some pubic hairs in my drink. Some little fat kid who is the owners son, dropped his pants and spread his cheeks on the counter. He looked like this
