  Worst pizza delivery! Waited 2 hours and the delivery guy still didn't show. Called the store and the man on the phone was super rude! Never ordering from here ever!

  Long story short: Don't bother with this pizza place. Go find another Pizza hut or go to Gino's Pizza on Glenridge. You will most likely not get your order. We (me and friends) ordered a pizza at 9:30 PM, got an email confirmation saying it would be here at 11:26 PM (which was already??? So late but whatever) Tell me why they didn't show up ever. No call, no cancellation email. Nothing. We then get a email for feedback and ofcourse we let them know that we're 100% dissatisfied. Next day (today) we decide to give them a call, since last night they had already closed. The store is too busy to pick up, so we get transferred over to some other line. Lady basically told us it was a glitch and there's nothing we can do about it. No apology, no "here's a coupon for your trouble" hell, not even the damn pizza. So just, save yourself the headache. If you really want pizza, this isn't the place.

  I ask for the bar b q chicken pizza and dam its good. Love the crust too, just wish it wasn't so expensive for pizza

  I ordered a combo to my house. Pizza,wings and Cesar salad. After looking at my food I noticed there was no Cesar salad. At this point it was getting late and the weather was bad outside. It took nearly 2 hours to get our food. (Understandable) so I called and asked if we could get a credit of a Cesar salad on our next order. The said they no longer did that but would be happy to bring out another Cesar salad. At this rate the rest of my meal would have arrived around 930 at night. Then they they further went to say the driver was in the store and assured them he dropped off the Cesar salad? Now at this point I haven't got what I payed for and your I directly calling me a liar and a thief. I asked that a manager called me and I was assured they next day I would receive a phone call. A month later this is my response to the poor service I received there. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

  Had 6 friends over for my daughter for an impromptu hang out. Being the cool mom I decided to order Pizza Hut for everyone. I ordered it at 4:30 knowing that all the kids were leaving at 6pm. At 5:38 the pizza was still not here. I called. Apparently my order was supposed to be sent to Lake St for delivery as Glendale was busy. It never got sent or fulfilled. They offered a $20 credit on my account for next time...don't know if there will be a next time. I had to scramble and make grilled cheese for everyone and handed it to them on a paper plate as they were walking out the door. What a bust....
