  Standing outside after walking over here,( not far, just a couple blocks) THEY ARE CLOSED?
  I guess I am supposed to just know this because their sign says "drive thru". Well I did not know. So, after approximately 10-15 minutes, I was able to acquire their wi-fi signal, which always takes a LONG TIME, ONLY at Tim Hortons. I can only imagine what they are stealing from my phone, or at other times my laptop or tablet. So much for free. Nothing at or from Tim's is free.

  Seems to be busy with work and customers. I Don't understand why English language is so difficult to comprehend!
  
  One Lrg single coffee, DR, 3 medium milk, 1 & 1/2 medium shots of creams, and two medium shots of sugar? See? Simple right? LOL

  One of few TH that make Long Johns with whipped cream and chocolate icing on top. Yesterday a lot of whipped cream, today very little to none. To keep customers you need to have a consistent product. Shows me management is saving money on the minimal filling or the staff are not instructed or monitored when making this product. Very disappointing today since bought for other family members. Come on Louth St TH you are better than this!!
  I spoke with manager and she investigated the incident giving me another three Long Johns free. She was most kind and willing to make up for the bad experience and assured me she will be teaching and monitoring her staff when making this product.

  Usually pretty quick but I find that if the drive thru is backed up its faster going inside to order. Good service though!
